We're using a provider for that data that focuses on mostly Big Cap stocks and shows little love for the small stuff.

Like I said, we just happen to find it buried in the system, so anything was an add.

That said, we're getting a similar feed, but for small caps piped in at the moment. Once that's up, we'll hit it for USOTC and OTCBB stocks and the data will be accurate/available.
