Any sort of J/V or partnership has lots of negotiations to contemplate:
The nature of the business agreements... Who announces the entry of such, if more than an audit... When to formally enter into an agreement... When to announce it to the general public...
Perhaps we would see something like that announced by WM this morning, if we get that far with them...
I dont see them (WM) just walking away from JBI to only leave their trash on the doorstep, so to speak, do you?
