Shortly after reading your post, I received my 2nd call from the SEC. Being under the impression (after reading your post) that something would be forwarded to the SEC in approximately 24 hours, I told Mr. Novakovic that the evidence would be forwarded to him in approximately 24 hours or shortly thereafter.
Since what I'm reading in the last several posts suggests that folks now DON'T want to get the SEC involved, I have no choice but to honor my promise and make the complaint myself. I won't present nearly as effective a case as some of you guys would that already have everything in chronological order, etc., but I'm not going to tell the SEC one thing and do another.
It's become beyond obvious to me that most people are truly concerned about CCME's legitimacy despite what's posted on the board in favor of the company, otherwise folks would salivate with regards to putting evidence of wrong-doing into the SEC's hands.
