I have e-mailed the IR a few times. Not much to say, because there wasn't much to say. All he could pass on was that the company is in startup mode. They have no revenue at this time, and unfortunately must rely on using shares to pay the bills.

I would encourage you to reach out to them and express any feelings you have. Might not get you anywhere, but if you never pass them on you can certainly never make a difference.

I did find a brick wall when trying to find the current share structure. The T/A is gagged, and will direct you to Josef. When you e-mail him, he forwards the request onto the IR, who unfortunately can only tell you that this information is only available in the quarterly releases.

Here are some of his snippets if you are interested:

So unfortunately until the company can generate sufficient revenues to cover their operational costs the company from time to time may need to issue additional shares.

I can appreciate as an investor this can be frustrating but all start up companies utilize their stock in order to fund their operations, pay for acquisitions or even use stock to attract talented personal. Unfortunately financing for companies in the micro cap arena is not so favorable and any monies raised is usually at a high premium to the company. I can also assure you that the monies being spent on operational expense is not due to high salaries.

At this point the company is a non reporting company which means they are not required to release any information other than quarterly reports, so for an investor this makes its difficult to follow the company on a daily basis.

To date the company has not recieved any meaningful orders for their aircraft. But I do believe that the market and the use for UAV helicopters is wide open and the Mundus Group is in a position to take advantage of the tremendous growth that will come from all the applications that can be used for light weight UAV helicopters with a pay load of 60 lb.

The company is in the process of adjusting their business model based upon operational experience it has acquired, in order to take full advantage of the market. You should understand that the market for these types of vehicles is still in its infancy stage and there is still a lot of regulation that needs to be sorted out by the FAA, but Mundus is right at the forefront of the industry.

The industry is for UAV helicopters under 60 pound payload is really in the infancy stage and many new regulations are coming out that will help drive the UAV aircraft and Mundus is in a good position to participate in the anticipated growth for the industry.
