From my vantage point... 20% is looking very good... IMO! P's vs. U's is the latest headline. This has been mentioned several times over the past (at least) year and I believe it is now coming true.
Chiron does the new current POS v6.1 put TPS on an equal footing with preferreds ? Do they indeed own preferreds ? Just wondering if the TPS holdings are included in the 3M of the Series R (WAMPQ) or do they essentially have another pseudo-class of preferred shares. Just what do they exactly own on paper ? If you or anyone else here has a clear enough picture.
How do Preferreds rationalize kicking Michael Willingham to the curb when, without him, you would have been DOA along time ago? You all are no better than the theives that stole this company to begin with... Look at yourselves....Amusing, to say the least....
