WE First need to know - how much the Prefs are going to get before any plan can pass or even be voted on or best yet even CONSIDERED!!! ... I wont vote and will PROTEST LOUDLY to THE HJMW and her court jesters if this is how this GS/DS/POR is going to be decieded... We need to know this first before I will consider it if its fair to us Prefs shareholders!!!

Too funny how they are going the route of how congress voted for the healthcare reform bill when nobody knows anything about it of how much, what it includes ect ect ect and then pass that darn thing and then we (AMERICAN TAX PAYORS) find out the opposite of what it is...

We need NUMBERS not promises and hearsay ----- and we need TRUE numbers --- DO YOU HEAR ME BRIAN!!!! TRUE NUMBERS for the PREFERREDS!!!! PAY US FAIR AND NOT CHEAP and then we can talk!!!

My Question as Im very confused at this TIME with reading the NEW POS/POR..

My Question is -- What if we dont vote? Because of locking our shares if we vote is not fair at all and look at it now - some shareholders still havetn rcve there shares from the last voting and that was over a month ago...
