I might be wrong, but I am of the opinion that they no longer are authorized 20 billion shares. I think you would take the 20 billion shares and substract the shares that were outstanding (O/S) which I believe was appoximately 11.5 billion leaving 8.5 shares left in PDMID'S treasury.
I think for them to now have 20 billion shares (A/S) the board would have to have passed an addtional by law to increase the shares.
Someone with more knowledge than I on this subject would most likely know more on this matter.
8.5 billion A/S shares is such a substantial number that it really does not make any difference if it is 20 billion or 8.5 billion in my estimation.
