Yes see I had same thing happen.




Everyone was buying ICBU before the merger was officially fully complete.



When IMD assimiliated / took over ICBU's ticker they did a split to "wipe the slate" and to establish the share structure they want.

You go public as a company to RAISE CAPITAL, you need shares to sell. it's brutual but it's part of the game.


Not ICBU is officially IMD companies.

Read the business plan etc..

Decide what you want to do.


Apparently solid hands are holding these shares so this is interesting to say the least.
