I will give Davis some credit. He has done a better job communicating to investors over the past year. Before people complain that they aren't in the form of PR's, keep in mind that PR's aren't cheap for a company that doesn't have a significant source of revenue. It is much cheaper to post "letters" on the website. Although they could let us know (on the website) when they are updated.

Are you smoking crack ?. He puts that letter with last line, the RS does not affect 20 billion AS, what does that mean, license to unload, and you think that's communication. It's a notice to everyone next RS is on the way once this hits no bid again ?

He needs money and he is using shareholders to pay for his office expenses, salary and all promotions. That's why when stock gets bidless he goes for next RS after waiting 2-3 months like this time. Wait till next RS, eventually the original shares you bought will be worth 0.0001 after 3-4 RS.


I am yet to see a shameless crook that this guy..He has crossed all lines
