Pawson's garage at his $2.8mil house is probably the new satellite office in Scottsdale. Can't wait for the explanation of why there is no paper trail. Probably just like the reason nothing is in salt lake city, 'They are not operating yet, so they can do whatever they want and don't need paperwork'. Typical phinance.
