2) The PR announced a prelimary agreement that itself will not be signed for 6 days yet. Then, the closing is open ended, but obviously many, many months out as the buyer is going to do field work to verify their earlier DD.

Therefore, this example will also be six months old at some point, and remain unsigned.

Only because you pretend to see it that way. Again, NDM is under no compelling reason to finalize anything until the last of the environmental law suits is out of the way. Otherwise, management will appear irresponsible, if the suit fails to favor the company.

You may carry on with this negativism, but I know when further exchanges are a waste of time.
