Yeah, I listneed to Fisher's interview and that pretty much summed it up in a nutshell.

Will they get suspended? Not sure. At this point in time I would think that the general public has more than enough information to steer clear without the need for SEC intervention.

Right now I'd say anybody who buys into BEHL is well deserving of the loss they will take.
