Funny, I posted this earlier today:

He secured a $25MM+ LOC with amicable terms.

He produced a "Meet the Management" video for serious investors (read:
largely the average joes that post here).

He added 2 highly experienced employees that bring a lot of value to
the company.

And he has not given himself or others a disproportionately large
bonus.

I'd say he is steering the ship in the right direction so far.
