Use google earth or satellite view. There is an industrial compound back there with a port on the Tennessee River - which connects to the Mississippi, and the Ohio, and the Great lakes (though I wonder about the economics of shipping upstream), and the Gulf of Mexico, and so forth.
And Chattanooga, a major rail hub, is nearby.
And some of the most beautiful mountains in the country.
Personally, I LOVE the houses. They are classic, vintage, Alabama farmhouses. Wide porches meant to be used, another room of the house, not just an ornament.
Wide enough for a porch swing.
My grandparents had a 3-swing house, 2 on the back porch and one on the front porch.
