carl, bull attacks on OTC stock are common occurances. Those that are responsible for the bull attacks are not investors, traders would be more like it. It's actually quite simple to detect by must watching the trading activity. MM's will play around with a stock's PPS, but not to the extent we witnessed with the MCLN run up, then the down fall. Illegal? Maybe. I would think that SEC has much more to do than chase these hit and run traders.
