Fractional penny stocks are driven by PR's, News, DD. There's no stability until they grow enough to get institutional support and proven longs.

The CEO was wise to play the dividend like he did.

Anyone who goes negative on this and/or is pumping ludicrously has no long term interest.

I'm considering buying more today at these fire sale prices, but I'd like to see it go lower, much lower this week to get a bargain.
