Absolutely! Customer Service is a huge selling point ! Being a former Customer Service Manager for a National Chain I can tell you the shops that had great customer service had much better sales figures! Not in some instances but most if not all! HLNT seems to have this, proven from all of the DD done by many people on this board! We have GREAT things to look foward to with this company! GO HLNT
