You are applying an unreasonable standard for Third Party.

Islechem is more of a third party than rating agencies, but Wall Street and the government still uses them?

You call yourself commoncents?

Your point is ridiculous.

NYSDEC hasn't had a problem with IsleChem's data. Just because IsleChem leased out a space to Kobyrn several years back doesn't invalidate their research.

Thing is CRA comfirmed Islechems's findings:

Here are CRA's code of ethics if you doubt them too:

Point is JBII has bent over backwards to get this right. I personally don't mind giving them some more time.

That would depend on how honest your brother is wouldn't it?

IsleChem has very little to gain and a lot to lose in it's dealings with JBI if they are anything less than honest in their findings.

Dead wrong. I suggest you call Islechem and ask them if Scott Kobryn ever worked there then come back here and correct your misinformation. I find it laughable any time somebody tries to claim that Scott's company is Islechem. Better yet, call Oxychem, an $80 billion company, and ask them about Bioconvergence that has been falsely claimed to be the same company as Islechem because they once were in the same office complex that a number of other companies also shared.

Islechem is touted as a credible 3rd party because they are. And Oxychem, an $80 billion NYSE company, agrees.

shouldn't the CEO of JBII use his close contacts at NASA, Harvard or MIT to validate the process instead?

Re: Yet, IsleChem is about "third party" as my brother would be in validating the P2O process in my basement.

Please clarify, I get the impression that Islechem is not a separate entity from JBI or that they are too close to JBI (or an actual subsidiary of JBI) so that any reports they submit are in some way biased or not trustworthy. I don't want to assume that but it seems to be what you are saying, please confirm one way or the other. As well, with the "brother in the basement" comments, are you saying they are incompetent, not professional, or that their work is unreliable? Again, please confirm if my take on what you are saying is incorrect.

Here's Islechem's website, I suggest readers take a look. They are one of three companies to validate the fuel produced by JBI, the other two being Intertek and PetroLabs.
