Don't think she necessarily meant this week at Etrade. She indicated it will probably show up as a placeholder cusip like the dividend shares did. Unrestricting on IPO date is another matter. I didn't press her since I have no intention of selling.

Something else to consider. Etrade has recently implemented new Short Sell Rules which everyone will be closely watching. Securities just over a dollar may qualify in some instances. GLTA

I really didn't expect final action last week. The good news is the prestigious Texas firm of M&K CPAS, PLLC has been selected to perform the SDVI audit. I interpret that to mean they can't technically begin the financial audit until all conversion shares are accounted for and GRAFF shares perfectly parcelled out to qualified shareholders.

I'm still a SDVI buyer later in the month. GLTY
