EZ2 Companies, Inc. Agrees to Acquire Digiport, LLC
MIAMI, Dec 9, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- EZ2 Companies, Inc. (EZTO) , announced today that it reached a preliminary agreement to acquire Digiport, LLC for restricted shares in EZ2 Companies, Inc. Digiport operates a Network and Collocation Operating Center (NOC) in Miami that provides hosting, programming and support services to its customers, with revenues for 2004 estimated to be $780,000. Digiport 2004 has current annualized contract revenues of $780,000 and is projected to reach $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 in 2005.

The Company operated with a group of loyal contract clients that have made it profitable and looking to double the revenues for next year.
