Milo2: Insider actions are allowable to a point. Extorsion by a FINANCE COMPANY is criminal violation by SEC law. IMO: A & P violated these rules defacto, a. based as an insider(knowing that LBSR was registered with SEC, and fell under their LAWS, b. that A&P accepted redemption of debt owed free and clear, only for scurilous reasons, acting beyond the good faith FIDELITY of a FINANCIAL INSTITUTION by setting unreasonable and excessive demands which exceeded the LEGAL limits of the LAW,supposing itself offshore and beyond reach,c. That the SEC rules for fair trading are recognized as to be honored by all FAIR trading partners off shore of the USA. The reason I bring this up is, LBSR was their target of opportunity ONCE. That I have seen GREAT JUSTICE in such cases where a FRAUD can be punished by SEC ruling. Since the LAWSUIT i have been very unsettled. That our share prices suffered directly as a cause of the EXTORSION of A&P. I am looking into a formed complaint with the SEC, which will fillet or digress the actions POST court actions, you could call it an APPEALS process.
