I think JRB has several choices.

1. Sell the shell because as you say there is absolutely no confidence or trust.

2. Un-gag the TA, have the books audited and present to Pinksheets.

3. 2. above plus engage in a buyback program. No one else will be coming back here from AN.M until 2. above is done.

4. Prove he has not diluted the stock and invite major stock holders on to the BoD.

There are more choices but it is to early in the morning for me.
