Re: -'more "PRS" or the "RS" in the weeks to come'
I do not know. Have not been involved in R/S, but from what I am seeing it appears that after R/S and the screwing of current shareholders, that there is a small window of opportunity, but this is only my uneducated opinion and based on what I have seen. There are others on the board that could better answer the question.
But my questions are:
1. Just how much can Garth & Company get away with and still sell shares, and for how long?
2. When and at what point does SEC say enough is enough and turn off the power.
3. Does the company require authorizartion to do an R/S, and if so, is the ability to do an R/S a green light of sorts and indicator that company will be allowed to continue?
IMO the answers to the above dictate whether there is a play to be made, after R/S.
Let face it, Garth and Don are both POS. IMO, there is nothing that either can say or do to ever have shareholder respect or confidence.
