What? Imperial Wireless lasted a year before Val was hosed by the architects of this decade long farce that started with the failure of the original Wytec. Now all one finds is Mr Photoshop, Sir Cut & Paste, struggling to keep his retirement plan on the respirator.

I think the statement was "various other public companies", I don't see where Imperial Wireless was ever public. Do you have the old ticker on that one?

Imperial Wireless was never publicly traded. It was simply a private enterprise of Val Westergard. At best Imperial was an attempt by Westergard to be a reseller of Clearwire broadband service. No one on this forum knows if Westergard ever achieved any revenue from this attempt.

None of the claims about Imperial Wireless made by MDCG following its merger with IW have shown any merit. IMO, they are all false.
