Meller told me there was no plan for a R/S anywhere in sight. He made a point of discussing the million plus $$ stake he has in the company with his own dough that guards against conducting a R/S.
He further told me about a host of possibilities regarding reducing the O/S back in early January that he now seems to be fleshing out in reality....so I would not consider a R/S something that is likely to happen...of course we can never really know, but that is my best guess given what I know.
