Wrapping up a private placement that will erase their debt. I expected this to be in February and was able to get some confirmation closing of the PP is only days away.

Working now on securing the first sale of their vertical farming units, Verticrop, that uses as little as 5% of the water and little pesticide, compared to growing the same amount of crops in a field.

Experienced CEO and COO on board since December.

Next few months should get very interesting.
