iHubbers that have an interest in seeing OCS be run efficiently,
for their own self interest that they will be using it,
could themselves get together on IH and arrange among themselves
what times during USA open market hours they can most likely
be available to answer calls to the Help Desk. As husker pointed out,
if these iHubbers were hooked-up to the above livehelp program,
they could answer calls to OCS's Help Desk for 98% of the time
that needs only simple same-ole-same answers to most common questions,
and let the call go through directly into OCS for non trivial matters.

The above software husker listed looks to me like freeware done
using the open source method.

The details to access call to OCS's help desk might be done using
two type of numbers, one being telephone and other being internet e-mail
and maybe that IM(instant message) type.

Maybe could be done by a selected group of IH members here on IH,
which would be the best way to get enough volunteers so that the hours
during market hours are completed covered by someone.

Anyway, maybe that new & special OCS type membership type

Could be used to allow certain IH members to gather together
for that self-interest to make OCS work more efficiently so that
their own personal usage of it goes more efficiently. Thus a win-win
where no employee of wage is needed, and they get a better than great
brokerage to use because they help it be the best.
