Thanks for asking that question Fashionman! I'm having the same problem. I've been using the Investopedia and Stockcharts sites to help me learn some of the terminology so I can get caught up with some of the recent discussions here. My big question is how do I know what #'s to put with what oscilators. A friend told me to use 10 and 20 with DMI+ and DMI- but how does that make sense if I'm not using those same timelines for the other oscilators? I'm really starting to understand the Aroons thingy BTW. I love it! So, I guess the big Q from me is: What #'s should I use? The same for everything? Thanks in advace if someone could help me out. here is a link to a chart I did a while back for some friends of mine, this will give you a brief description of now aroons work. Also techbear is great at working with them here. I might also add you visit kens board at seasonality, they will have many discussions, trials, on how each indicator works with the others. I will post the links for ken in the next message
