That was by design, much the same as the wanker letter to the SFC.
Megas was soiling his underwear, worrying about discovery, so he threw up as many road blocks as possible.
IMO his efforts were all in vain, an investigation should clear things up nicely.
I don`t think megas is jumping for joy just yet. He may have out lived the right for shareholders to start a class action against him, BUT he still has the Government to deal with.
We`ll live to see just how smart this ceo is when the dust settles. His arrogance will not help him with the powers that be! all IMO

I heard that! I heard or read a statement a while back that may well be relevent all across the board.

Madoff orchestrated a monumental scam because he and his lawyers found govermental/market loopholes they could "play" long enough to rape investors, take the chumps $$ and run with it to a "legal" banking destination covering their greedy glutes!

Yeah, Madoff got busted...and rightly so! I'm willing to bet he would have skated though like so many others we can imagine, IF... repeat... IF he hadn't screwed far too many rich/influential folks who could afford to take his "legal" position to task.

What this phantom British CEO and Wharton graduate has in mind after all these 5+ years of legal procedings, ad nauseum, since the trading halt, has devolved even further into not a bleeding clue for us investors NOR those who can allow us to trade again.

Sorry for the rant.. but, at least, I feel a bit better! Don't claim to be right or wrong... nor care if I make a dime on what few shares of stock I have left since the last split to finance critically needed legal fees!! Lord forbid, we hear another split is necessary with the same silence/reasons and need for more $$ without a credible reason other than continued silence.

Just sick and frigging tired of having to watch and read posts here and elsewhere with sadly nothing more than interesting opinions.

What "gnaws at all of us" is that this soap opera continues for some head shaking reason. Megas might know, then again, Megas and his layers might have played out his scam and just find it prudent to stay silent in the hope for profits from the "unworthy masses" lack of patience just as Madoff knew would work.

Whatever.. whenever.. if ever! As if we despondent "shareholders" had a bloody choice!!!
