In your statement, you said "one language, (english) one culture." (Whatever that means.) That has never been true in the USA. We came close to having German as our "official" language.

English is a great language, in most countries, it is a second language. Even in the UK, there are a few people that speak only gaelic.

The POPE was fluent in at least sis languahes, a talent that I wish that I had. Mr L. Morovan is fluent in at least three.

BTW, I have seen you post a few posts in spanish.
