Even I know that, first a person needs to pay the legal opinion fee, and then hope their broker releases them, here is the one part I like best as of now, I believe currently no one has gotten this process done or we would have seen the posters.
The stock also does trade tight so it is OBVIOUS no shares have even come close to the market. Not a worry and hopefully someday when and if the shares enter the market the folks are responsible.

Heck folks here can't even pick up the stinken phone to get current share structure, this process is a little longer and holders with small amounts of stock, will not be worth the expence and time.
The shares will never fully enter the market IMO.
1. Completed Shareholder Representation Letter;
2. Copy of Certificate (front and back);
3. Copy of any agreements for the shares; and
4. Fee of $495 for a non-affiliate opinion (including a $295
nonrefundable research fee credited towards basic legal opinion fee if
legal opinion can be issued
