Well yea, if he were to some how magically be able to get 1.5 billion shares at .0019. Everytime someone buys up a million at the ask the price jumps 10%. By the time Ken would be able to complete a buyback of billions of shares SDVI s share price would be well into the pennies and SDVI would have spent 20 million plus buying back shares. That's why an R/S is enevitable if sdvi wants to have a share price in the dollars.

I don't think some of you understand reverse splits.

I am no expert but it serves no purpose to list on the otcbb. If Ken wants to list he needs to start filing financials, simple as that.

If Ken wants to list on the nasdaq where there is a minimum share price requirement of two dollars along with other requirements then thats fine but still what purpose does that serve? It is all about market cap and earnings per share. Also it costs big dough to stay listed each year.

So if he were to list on a senoir exchange he could do a 1 for 1000 reverse split to get the 2.00 share price and as with all splits the market cap would still remain the same somewhere just under 4 million. 1.8 million shares times 2.00 or 1.8 billion shares times .002 But all of this is for not if you don't file financials. And as for attracting big investors with a higher share price - won't happen. Do you think big pension funds or hedge funds are going to come piling in if we have a share price of 2.00 but have lousy fiancials or heavy debt load?

Like i said before it is about market cap and earnings per share but that is not to say the price could runup to some crazy valuatiuon on speculation but until Ken produces and sells games, audits and discloses financials, here we sit. The market has set a four million market cap, do you think it should be 40 million or 400 million? Reverse split will kill and for those that want it i suggest you free up some money and put some limit orders in for the .0007-.0008 range cause if news breaks i bet they fill. Not a bad idea, may place an order for 10m@.0007gtc order tomorrow morning.
