That would explain the steady rise in pps over the last 2 months. They did announce that they were 3 milion under budget in late november if i remember correctly. 3 mil at todays prices would be 115 mil shares. How close is that to the 60% 115m? If they started to buy when the steady rise began at .004 it could be as many as 750m. but a more accurate number might be some where in between like 350m. Again, i am an moron when it comes to stocks so dont take this as a strong theory.
