I think the share structure will be addressed down the road a little. I would prefer some sales/income and a share buyback. If that was to happen PPS would raise expediently. The last email had a very positive tone so IMO the next PR will be positive, buy I am not sure it will be about SS. Who really knows though.

They just might do a 1 for 10 RS to make this stock more desirable to new investors. If they do this the AS will be 700,000,000 (More Attractive) instead of the crazy 7,000,000,000 (Unattractive) that we have currently. We really will not know until after this PR if any of this is in the making. Who knows how upset the CEO is after all the current investors complaints on the phone and emails. He just might want to weed out all the short term lamented investors, and find out who the long term investors are that truly believe in this company.
