The CCME FAQ (by CCME not by anyone else) needs these answers too (reviewed by their lawyers of course) An opinion letter from a lawyer and an accountant in PRC and in the US would be nice. -Andrew
While the SAIC filings have been discussed to death among us, the shorts will still try to grab onto everything they can as they are currently free falling in the credibility department.
Perhaps one of our contributers can write a preemptive article and quash this issue.

I did look up the CTR report and I just find it so very hard to believe that they are lying and are complicit in the fraud MW is trying to prove. The report is here:

So CTR would have to be flat out lying about collecting this information from the bus companies. I just find that so hard to believe, since they are so reputable and do reports for all the ad companies in China like FMCN and VISN.
Can anyone that speaks Chinese get more information about Shanghai Ba-Shi to help prove they work with CCME? Maybe once again MW just contacted the wrong company or asked about China Media Express, and not their Chinese name that I'm sure Shanghai Ba-Shi is used to. This is one of MW biggest claims that the company has not even heard of CCME and it would be great to disprove it.
Sherm dog.. true that SAIC may not be relevant for VIE.. But i am in the process of pulling filings for TIER 1 VIE to maybe confirm. CCME should just release the SAT
