Every time I try to access DGRI's website, some button, picture, posting, etc. is inoperable. This tells me that they are fixing and expanding their site. It's a work in progress. They seem to be working with a mirror image of their current site pulling down things from the current site to the future site. In this way they don't have to shut down large portions of their existing site for a redo. Don't you just hate it when whole portions of a website are listed as under construction or the website is totally shut down?
The way they are working keeps the current site running with certain functions disabled for short periods of time.
