Fire Lane, I am reposting this because you continue to make a point about ownership information and the ministry of mines which is quite possibly irrelevant.

I believe you are not addressing the option rights which are/were owned by 1179785 Ontario Limited.

We do not know the details of the option agreement between Mr. Riives and 1179785 Ontario Limited. In the report I posted it states:

"The property is subject to option agreements between 1179785 Ontario Limited and Mr. I. J. Riives."

If Canada Corp. or NWTT now has an agreement with 1179785 Ontario Limited regarding the option rights, the ministry of mining may or may not have a record of such agreement.

The real question, imho, to which I have not yet been able to determine an answer, is what is the relationship between NWTT and 1179785 Ontario Limited with respect to the New Millenium property and the claims held by Mr. Riives? Ownership is not the relevant question so much as the agreements among the owner and mining interests. I do not think the ministry of mines would necessarily have information about agreements between the optioner and other parties.

And folks I would like to point out again, until we know details about these option arrangements, we do not know how much of the gold recovered is left for shareholders. That's important since investor monies may very well make 1179785 Ontario Limited and Mr. Riives very rich. We need to see the terms of these agreements.
