Well if GRAF will be worth around 500 million, it's not so crazy at all... in other words IT'S A FACT...

And yes if the 360 million EUROS are on board (ASSETS!) we are nearing exactly the 180 million (as 30% belongs to SDVI) with the free GRAF shares and the nice cash bonus from that deal.
