I totally disagree with your post which is all but conjecture. Here are the facts:
1.Since there's no current fillings of 10-Q we don'y have any evidence of CWRN current share structure,no evidence of ownership in the mine,no evidence of relationship of PanAm and CWRN,no source and terms of current millions dollars financing etc.
2.We're all betting on Bob honesty that somehow CWRN will get some crumbles after registration with Mexico and reverse merger with PanAm is done.Whether Bob has ownership in both PanAm and CWRN it really doesn't matter to him profit wise, but it does matter a lot to CWRN current shareholders to know the percentage ownership of the profit which per Bob last PR still need to be determined:

<<The registration of Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. U.S.A. with the Secretary of Economy, Mexico, as a foreign investment company has been delayed pending the name change from Cotton & Western Mining, Inc. to Panamerican Minerals Ventures, Inc. All financial reporting shall be on a consolidated basis, split between the U.S.A. and Mexico, under the terms and conditions of the NAFTA agreement.>>
