That is true but grand juries can take a long time to indict as well. I see high Friday Jan 28 was .0035 on 9 figure volume. Did we close over that Friday no. SO it's not been going up and up. It spiked hit a high and then settled back in .002 to .003 range. IT took 9 figure volume and merger PR to run it from .0015 to .0035 high that Friday. What will bring more volume to get us past that high? Settle in clearly company has issues to work out to finalize this merger and deal with Dean etc. It's going to be weeks.
