Yes, the address and the phone # are the same. I've checked "Forum" (never heard before) - according to the SPARK database it was terminated on 3/31/2009 because of "legal entity reorganization through merger". So, I assume it was swallowed by "Mayskaya". BTW, in many places, when they mention "Status" I see "Mayskaya" next to it, like "...miners of Status (Mayskaya)...". So, it could be that Status is a subsidiary of Mayskaya... As I said before, this multi-entity multi-name type of structure ("circle") is very typical for Russian businesses. It helps them to reduce taxes, hide the ownership, and move assets around by simply signing papers where the same people represent both sides.
