Think of it this way: NeoMedia could be debt-free soon and YA may not be part of their future funding. Once that happens, there is nothing to suppress the PPS but lack of revenue.

So when they sell off these shares, buy, buy, buy. At these prices, you can take a nice stake for a small investment.

This is just how a PIPE deal plays out.
