I think that 300k was a Form T sell. Maybe we are gathering some resources to compensate the Laywers. Markle may have required a "draw" to begin trial. Possibility?
probably 300k on after market at price so close to last means an arranged transfer from brokers/MM for some "end of week position balance" at fixed price. Or switch between portfolio.
As I can see Bid meet ask directly so, in my opinion, not sell/buy only arranged transfer.
