Noddle/Bogey- What can IR say other than what he is told? Its coming?? I work with Chinese daily. I have offices in China. Like Mexico-its hurry up and wait. I do business in Mexico and China with preference going to China. Not nearly the mordida. I think China is cautious and in a hurry. What a dichotomy. I know that China MUST test anything that goes into their infrastructure. They must be assured of a continuous supply, they must be confident that CTC will be there next year and the years after. CTC's concerns have also been stated. The first issue is to agree to test procedures/conditions under which the tests will be done and contractual terms and conditions upon successfully passing the tests. Who cares if it passes, which all of us believe will happen, without a commitment from China? I believe these issues are, have been or will be addressed.
China's needs have been repeated ad nauseum for months. CTC's capabilities are limited but known.
