Yes, point taken. Risk I don't mind but fraud and criminal intent to defraud others I do mind. You must agree with me there is a difference between normal business risk and that associated with fraudulant behavior. The sooner we expose people like the Gelmon's the better off we all become. Unless of course you feel that its OK to make money off of false and misleading information even if it is under the safe harbor rules? It doesn't matter that the stock is in the .000's, pink sheet, OTCBB...nor does it matter if there is no real regulation or that its common practice, the Gelmon's are in a position of trust people rely on their statements....
