20 days ago the company did a 1-20 Reverse split and the share count now stands at:

Total Authorized (Number from Transfer Agent) 150,000,000
Preferred - 50,000,000 (1:10 VOTING only, owned by Clint, CEO)

Common Available (Total Authorized MINUS Preferred) - 100,000,000

Common Outstanding - 35,493,616 as of 1-25-2010

Float:25,282,803

If History, both short and a two years.. can be used as a guage, it stands to reason that there will be yet another, regardless what you read here and in their PR's.

But, rest assured, the third time you will get advance notice as we did with the second one, oh.. yeah, we could have sold!.
