That's exactly right, IMO. Switow,com is a pass-thru, basically part of the ad platform. CCME doesn't hold inventory or fulfill orders. Besides, someone already went online and purchased an iPad, what basis does MW have to question it?

Even if Apple disapproved and reprimanded its distributor, there are plenty of other contracts and products in place for switow.

You are absolutely right and it is a fact CCME never said they were a distributer of any product. They are merely a middle man advertising a wide array of products and taking a small cut on each transaction.

Its just another false accusation MW made for which they can be charged.

The MW FALSE allegation misrepresents the following sentence in the Dec. 28 pr from CCME

CME has already signed contracts with many prestigious global and Chinese domestic companies or their distributors such as Apple, Sony, Toshiba, Adidas, Nike, Samsung, Phillips, Skyworth, Supor and others, to feature their most popular products on SWITOW and we expect others to join the platform.

Clearly they have an agreement with an Apple Distributor, they NEVER claimed to have a contract with Apple
