IMPORTANT: in any stocks ... A Pr is always announced when it is good timing for them loc ... according to their plans ... A deal can be signed and you can see the press release four months later ... always good timing for them first ..


For much stock ... the game plan is laid many months in advance ... when people focus only on the present .. you miss the boat ..
