I did a google search for 15c-211 back in Dec. I remember reading the uplist had to take place within 90 days of sponsorship.

I am in the field otherwise I would try and provide a link.

No, DGRI can do a private placement with its preferred shares to raise funds.
FINRA checks out everything. I was even contacted by them. They apparently were prying to make sure that I was only an investor and not part of management of the company. That's one of the reasons that I keep an arms length distance from DGRI. I think that someone at FINRA even read the postings on this Board, especially the negative ones. Shame on cerain people for doing the skullduggery. As I mention before, it was intended to hurt DGRI and its investors.
My guess is that the BB will be announced soon.
