miler- I must respectfully, yet adamantly disagree.

Numbers that need to be accomplished to be acceptable for the industry and the investors here and the ones waiting on the sidelines better be at least say at least 2-3 miles in distance and say speed faster than fiber..Anything else will be be a let down.

I'm not sure I understand how fiberlike speeds over 2 to 3 miles of copper will cause a selloff. You say that New Visual must post speeds FASTER than fiber over copper or it will be a letdown? Please explain to me how that would be disappointing to you. I thought the whole object was to get fiber speeds over copper. Is that not enough for you? I don't see how you can possibly expect them to EXCEED fiber speeds when no one else is even remotely close to those speeds over the distances you are hoping for. Come on now.

It seems to me that the primary numbers actually released by our Team need to impress our Investment Bankers / Lenders 1st.

They would most assuredly have done as much DD as possible including but not limited to physically touching the products, met with our potential customers, spoken with pending manufacturers to find out costs / time to delivery / and most important of all:

Developed THEIR EXIT STRATEGY to get their initial investment back quickly.

By having an exit planned in advance, they would have concluded correctly that our Company should NOT be on a BB exchange and most likely concluded correctly that a National exchange with truly liquid traded shares will need ,imho, to be both supported during its slow and steady growth while revenue picks up and our product[s] are accepted as the defacto standard and other Institutions can start recommending NVEI to there customers, which means $5.00 per share.

As in Moore's Law, any Investment Banker would also want the probable chance to double his ROI within 18 months. Once again, jmho

Miler - if you're looking for and expecting 2-3 miles, faster than fiber, and you'll be disappointed if they fall short of those expectations - you'd better stock up on Kleenex and sell before it's too late.

It's not going to be faster than fiber.

It will allow for multiple T1 line (business) users to achieve multiple T1 lines over a single pair of wires. It will make the telcos more profitable, and save their customers a chunk of change. It will lead to significant revenues and profits for NVI, which will in turn lead to a higher demand and subsequent higher share price (IMO).

But NVI's tech will not move data faster than fiber.
